Confirm what help you need
Discuss whether you need help buying, coordination with the seller or forwarding after your own purchase. The available service and its scope are agreed for each order. Ask who places the purchase, which details can be checked beforehand and which decisions still require your approval.
Approve the purchase details
Review availability, minimum quantities, seller preparation time, local delivery and any agreed buying fee. Confirm the precise variation and total payable before authorising the order. If a price or specification changes, request an updated summary. Buying assistance does not remove the need to assess seller quality and product suitability.
Plan what happens after arrival
Before goods arrive, discuss inspection, photos, returns, storage and packing where needed. Tell the team your destination and any delivery preference. International shipping arrangements are confirmed separately against the actual goods and package; keep the purchase record so the contents and value can be described accurately.
