Discuss your shipmentArrange receiving before checkout
Confirm that the goods can be received for your planned service. Request the current address, recipient details and parcel reference directly from the team, then pass them to the seller exactly as provided. Share each domestic tracking number and its contents so arrivals can be matched to your order.
Choose the checks you need
Agree whether you need arrival confirmation, quantity checks or specific photographs, and ask about their cost and limits. Tell the team what to look for before the parcel is handled. A basic visual check is different from functional testing or an authenticity assessment; specialist checks require separate agreement.
Decide whether to combine or repack
Combining seller parcels may simplify delivery, but the result depends on dimensions, weight, contents and route rules. Ask what packaging can be removed and what protection must remain. Do not discard labels or retail packaging needed for a possible return without considering the seller’s requirements. Confirm any additional packing charge.
Set a dispatch plan
Agree storage conditions and any fees while waiting for other orders; do not assume storage is free or unlimited. When ready, review the final parcel details, destination in Ukraine or Moldova and transport quote. Keep the shipment reference and request the relevant tracking information after carrier handover.
