Tracking a parcel from China: keep the whole chain
Connect your order, Chinese domestic delivery, international shipment and receipt in Ukraine or Moldova.
Documents, receiving and supportStep 3 of 4
Build a tracking record
Record the store and order number, Chinese carrier and tracking number, warehouse reference, international carrier and number, and a separate local number if used. Ask for confirmation that these references correspond, especially after consolidation. One international tracking number does not replace the contents inventory.
Read what the event actually confirms
Number creation, carrier acceptance, warehouse arrival and recipient delivery are different events. Keep the exact wording, date and source. If only data transmission is shown, ask whether physical acceptance is confirmed; do not infer the parcel’s location from a short translated message alone.
Check the official channel
Nova Post Moldova describes app or website tracking for partner-store orders [1]. That information concerns its named service and does not establish an identical route for every 1688 purchase. Ask for the carrier name and correct tracking reference for your parcel.
When updates stop
Give support the linked numbers, last-event time and a screenshot identifying the source. Ask who owns the next stage and whether you need to provide documents or take action. A community post about delivery to Argentina described different wording on two tracking sites [2]; it illustrates a question, not a delay on your route.
Check the contents on receipt
Compare the package count, labels and warehouse inventory. Record visible damage or missing items and promptly ask the operator about its claim procedure. “Delivered” alone does not confirm the model or quantity inside the box. Do not post label photos containing personal details in public discussions.
